One Click Services (OCS) Platform Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of API services provided by One Click Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 1/57 Forrest Street, Subiaco WA 6009, Australia. By accessing or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
One Click Services offers API-based services for:
- Document verification
- E-passport scanning
- PEPs and Sanctions checks
- Liveness and likeness checks (biometrics)
- Bank account verification
- TFN validation
These services may involve third-party providers such as ConnectID, DVS, ATO, and Microsoft Azure. Access to these services is provided only upon successful onboarding and legal compliance verification.

3. Access and Onboarding
Access to our APIs is provisioned by One Click Services staff only. Production (live) API keys are issued solely after the client demonstrates:
- A functioning development environment
- Compliance with relevant Australian laws and regulations (including the Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Principles, FVS Act, and/or the TFN Rule)
- Completed onboarding documentation specific to the services requested/
Clients requesting DVS-related services must be located within Australia.

4. Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring legal and compliant use of the data submitted and received through our APIs
- Storing and processing the data results on your own systems
- Handle, store, and process any personal or sensitive information in a secure and lawful manner
- Preventing unauthorized access or sharing of your API key or user account (API key sharing is strictly prohibited)
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any misuse, data breach, or unauthorized access involving our services

5. Data Handling and Privacy
One Click Services does not store any data from verification requests, except for a redacted version retained for up to 7 days for debugging and audit purposes.
You retain full control and responsibility over all personal or sensitive information sent to and received from our APIs. You agree to handle such data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act and other applicable laws.

6. Billing and Payments
- Billing is conducted monthly based on a pre-agreed pricing structure, typically tiered by usage volume.
- Payments are invoice based.

7. Support and Contact
Support is available via [email protected] from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM AWST, Monday to Friday. We aim for rapid response times and provide compliance guidance during onboarding.

8. Account Termination
- Clients may request account deletion at any time.
- Upon termination, we will remove all data associated with your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to our services if we suspect a breach of these Terms, misuse, or violation of applicable laws.

9. Legal Compliance and Liability
Use of our APIs must comply with Australian law, including the Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Principles, FVS Act, TFN Rule, and other applicable guidelines. One Click Services provides tools and documentation to support compliant use, but you are solely responsible for ensuring your business operations remain lawful.
We disclaim liability for how you choose to use, store, or further process the data retrieved via our services.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and any disputes arising under them will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
